QUALITY POLICY
Our Quality Policy specifies the Degree of our Excellence as “all activities of the organization will be carried out in a systematic manner in accordance with defined and documented Policies and Procedures that will meet international standards and client’s expectation.
To implement this policy, QUALICARE Global Logistics Limited will:
- Be fully committed to delivering the objectives of this quality policy statement in all activities undertaken by the Company.
- Meet and exceed our clients’ expectations in terms of delivery and specifications.
- Identify and provide the resources needed to ensure that our quality objectives are met. This includes the identification and implementation of our Quality Management System processes.

OCCUPATIONAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
QUALICARE Global Logistics Limited is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for its employees, customers, visitors, subcontractors and everybody who plays a part in our operations or uses our services, and the protection of the environment where we operate is of paramount importance.
To meet our commitment, QUALICARE Global Logistics Limited will:
- Implementing ISO 45001:2018 that ensures compliance with the requirements of the occupational, health and safety (OHS).
- Commitment to improving continually, the ISO 45001:2018 in line with OHS requirements which serves as a framework for establishing and reviewing our quality objectives on a periodic basis to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes;
- Maintain policies and procedures that comply with applicable International, National and State legislation relating to occupational, health and safety (OHS).
- Demonstrate visible and active leadership that engages employees and manage health and safety performance as an integral part of our business.
- Provide employees with the capabilities, knowledge and resources necessary to instill personal ownership and motivation to achieve OHS excellence.
- Keep record of incidents and accidents in order to mitigate risk, reduce hazard or eliminate it.
- Arrange for the effective planning, organization, control, monitoring and review of preventive and protective measures and continuous improvement of OH&S system.
- Promoting a culture in which each employee acts proactively to improve the safety, health and well-being of all colleagues, clients and contractors.
- Ensure accountability of all levels of management for carrying out health and safety responsibilities.
- Carry out a regular review of this policy, to ensure that high standards of health and safety are maintained; and that the policy remains relevant and appropriate.

INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY STATEMENT
Qualicare Global Logistics Limited (QGL) is committed to providing solutions with security as a top priority.
We will therefore continually improve our Information Security Management practices to conform to business, regulatory, statutory, and any other requirements for the protection of our information assets. This aligns with our commitment to maintaining an Information Security Management System in compliance with ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management Systems.
Continuous improvement on the performance of our Information Security Management System shall be attained through periodic employee training, process monitoring and evaluation, data collection and analysis, internal and external audit, management review, and implementing prompt corrective actions.
The quality and objectives shall be established by top management in a strategic meeting and reviewed biennially or during a special management meeting required by the need to close non-conformances from incidents, analysis and evaluation, internal or external audits.
Our objectives are:
- Ensuring that Information systems, supporting processes, and applications are protected by implementing appropriate controls to preserve their confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Ensuring that physical and logical access to information assets is restricted to only authorized users. The access to information will be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.
- Creating appropriate business continuity and disaster recovery plans and Institutionalizing periodic review and regular testing of the plan.
- Minimizing the business impact of security incidents (either suspected or actual) and proactively managing them through a robust incident management program.
- Ensuring that information security decisions and investments are based on risk assessments of all relevant information assets considering confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Ensuring that necessary information security policy(-ies) is/are in place and regularly reviewed to ensure that information security practices are strictly adhered to.
- Communicating information policy and responsibilities to all employees, contractors, and any other interested party (within and outside of QGL) as appropriate.
